All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. During high-demand periods, such as new drops or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

As a drop-shipping brand, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the specific item ordered.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 2-4 Weeks from the date of dispatch however not guaranteed. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs delays, courier disruptions, or peak seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow a couple additional days before contacting us, as delays can occasionally occur.
